Humble Beginnings

For several years now it has been the hope of designer and illustrator Steve Jakeway to create an apparel brand to exhibit his passion for diving. He has been designing apparel, logos and developing brands within the diving community for quite a while where customers have commissioned him to produce something unique for their cause. Walk through the halls of a dive show and you might be surprised at how many of the designs people are wearing are by Steve!

Slack Water® has been a long time coming, but with the support of customers, friends and family we have at last taken the plunge – starting with a humble collection that we will expand on, have fun creating and give our customers something awesome to wear down the pub.
