What personally identifiable information do we collect?
When placing an order we collect your shipping address, billing address, email address, name & phone number. We can’t view any credit/debit card details. All payments are handled by Stripe – a trusted, secure & widely used online payment gateway. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Regarding Cookies we use these to collect your IP address & track your use of our site to help improve our products & services. How is your information used?
Address:
We use your address to send you the items. We will not send you spam by mail or email. We never share any of your information with 3rd parties.
Email Address:
We use your email address primarily to send you a confirmation email after ordering, & inform you when your item is shipped or whether there are any problems with your order. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter you will receive promotional emails occasionally. You can unsubscribe easily at any time. We do not send out newsletters very frequently, most updates can be found on our social media sites.
Phone Number:
We may use your phone number to call you if there is a problem with your order or something urgent. Most of the time we will contact you via email if there’s a problem.
Who do we share your information with?
We do not share your information with anyone.
What choices are available to you regarding communications from us?
We will only contact you via telephone if there is an urgent problem with your order. All other communications will be sent to the email address provided. Information about this can be found under the “How is your information used?” section.
If you have signed up to our newsletter you will occasionally receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe to these easily at any time. Either through your account on our website, or by clicking the unsubscribe button on our marketing email.
What kind of security procedures are put in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information?
Our website is hosted on a secure server, under password. We authorise access to personal information only to employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities. None of our employees can view any card or bank account information as it is all handled by our designated payment gateway.
How can you correct any inaccuracies in the information you provide to us?
If you have sent us incorrect information such as shipping address, email address, name, phone number then get in contact & we will make the appropriate changes.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards and Downloadable products cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in touch and we can arrange to for you to return your item for an exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return Instructions:
To return your product, you should get in touch so we can arrange to for you to return your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Currently our website only allows ‘shipping’ to the UK. If you have issues ordering to your country please contact us to discuss.
