Refunds
Items must be returned to the original place of purchase with the receipt.
Store staff will assess eligibility for a refund: goods worn beyond initial fitting, or showing damage or soiling, are non-refundable.
Where staff confirm a refund is due, the payment will be returned via the original Stripe transaction within 14 days of approval.
